Once you complete an expression of interest form, you have the choice to either email it back to us or drop it off in person.

What happens next?
We will review and asses your form based on our hospital criteria and requests. If your form is successful, you will be invited to one of our face-to-face engagement sessions where we will discuss more about the roles, responsibilities and the recruitment process.  If you haven抰 heard back from us within 2 weeks of submitting the form, this will mean that on this occasion, your application has been unsuccessful. This shouldn抰 put you off applying to volunteer with other organisations within the community, who would benefit from your skills and talents.

Please note, if you submit more than one expression of interest form you may delay your application.  Therefore, only complete one form for your request, as additional forms do not guarantee your application will be successful.
